Risk Management Of Electronic Bidding N Construction Projects

In recent years, along with the rapid and spurt developments of electronic commerce and project management information, the malpractice of the traditional paper-based bidding mode appears day by day. With the aid of electronic information technology, change the traditional paper-based bidding mode, the implementation of electronic bidding, bidding industry mode of operation has become the inevitable trend of future development. Electronic bidding mode is high efficiency, convenience, low cost and has other advantages, however, the present electronic bidding construction still exist many obstacles and problems in practice, the implementation of electronic bidding mode still exists many risks. In this paper, we will just study the electronic engineering construction project bidding risks.After a brief introduction of the research background and significance of topics, papers on the construction project bidding and risk management knowledge are introduced in this paper; we will comb, induct and summarize the domestic and international research literature. Then, by taking the city of S, a focus on people’s livelihood construction project bidding online as an example, the applications of risk management in the flowchart method and brain storm method to the project invite public bidding, bidding, bid opening, evaluation, calibration of the business process of risk identification, identification of major risk factors. Then, using subjective scoring method for risk factors ranking, the identification of key risk factors, combined analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy mathematics method to evaluate N the construction project bidding project overall risk level. The results show that, the project’s overall risk is acceptable. Finally, the N construction project bidding risk coping strategies were discussed.
