Research On Risk Management Of Bidders In Electronic Bidding

With the development of modern information technology,the life production methods of human society have greatly changed,the development trend of Internet technology has become increasingly significant.Electronic bidding is a new business form that has developed rapidly in recent years,it combines Internet big data with traditional bidding models and implements an electronic model for bidding projects.E-bidding system is widely applied to the purchase of government and enterprises.At present,the bidding market is highly competitive,and country vigorously promotes the bidding model of electronic information.Although this model avoids some of the drawbacks of traditional bidding,on the other hand,new risk factors have arisen.Therefore,enterprises want to gain market share in the new era,in addition to strengthen their own power,but also pay attention to risk management.However,the management of bidding risk in domestic and overseas is based on the perspectives of recruiters,government regulatory departments,and industry agency consultants.There is relatively less research on risk management of bidders.This paper researches the risks of electronic bidding from the perspective of bidders.First of all,the paper gives a brief introduction to the background of the topic and significance of the research.It summarizes the research status for both domestic and overseas,and briefly describes the theoretical knowledge related to the risk management.Secondly,using the flow chart method in risk identification to identify the risk factors in each stage of electronic bidding,and classify the risk factors to construct a multi-level Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation(FCE)model----a comprehensive evaluation model for electronic bidding risk management.Thirdly,using the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)to determine the weight distribution of each risk factor,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate each risk to draw relevant conclusions.Then,the paper analyzes the risk evaluation model of electronic bidding in Jiangxi province,constructs a comprehensive evaluation model of electronic bidding risk management in order to comprehensively evaluate the overall risk level of current electronic bidding in Jiangxi province.Finally,on thebasis of the evaluation results,an effective response strategy for electronic bidding risk management is proposed.
