| Equipment supervision is an important part to secure the quality of equipment. In this paper, analysis and conclusions were made based on supervision practice of Ultra-High Voltage (UHV) power transmission project, including supervision control measures during 1000kV transformer installation and steel pipe tower assembling, installation scheme of mobile plant-based 1100kV Gas Insulated Switchgear (GIS) and drawing method of threading overhead lines. The safety risk assessment software was also developed based on the work that was referred to above. Analysis, conclusions and the software will guide the subsequent construction and generate economic benefits.The main work and results are as follows:1. Transformer installation process was optimized and controlling measures of 1000kV transformer on-site installation were summarized based on 1000kV UHV transformer installation requirements and characteristics. By installing the supervision practice, proposed the transformer installation supervision control standards, control points and inspection method. This work can ensure the installation of the transformer carried out smoothly and provide valuable experience for subsequent installation.2. A mobile workshop for UHV GIS installation was developed and installation scheme of GIS in the mobile workshop was also developed. Some studies were carried out aimed at overcoming the impact of external environment influences during the installation. The research results such as the design of single-girder-crane mobile workshop, environmental monitoring programs can significantly improving workers’working environment, reducing labor intensity and improving management safety. By installing the supervision practice, proposed the GIS installation supervision control standards, control points and inspection method. The results applied to the Zhebei-Fuzhou UHV power transmission project have had good effects and guaranteed the construction period.3. Exploration of supervision methods during steel pipe tower assembling was carried out combined with actual assembling characteristics. The key controlling methods of assembling were concluded as the result of exploration.4. According to characteristics of UHV equipment installation, put forward the advice about risk management, Based on the safety risk assessment theory, Safety risk assessment software of transmission construction was developed to enable automation of dynamic risk assessment calculations. This software facilitates the implementation of risk management documents that can effectively improve the precision level of risk management providing technical support for safety supervision work. Through the practice of safety supervision, UHV equipment installation engineering security supervision key points are summarized. |
