| Xi'an Railway Supervision Authority's safety inspection of the EMUs within its jurisdiction can improve the quality of EMU operations and fully guarantee the quality and safety of EMUs.In view of the safety problems existing in the EMUs detected by the special inspection team,this article studies the EMU safety and quality supervision program..First of all,it investigated the basic conditions of the number of EMUs and their affiliation within the jurisdiction,as well as the operational breakdowns classified according to the location of accidents and vehicle models.The statistics and analysis of the safety and quality issues were then applied to the various railway administrations in the jurisdiction.Strengthen safety supervision.Secondly,Fault tree analysis was applied to establish a safety accident tree model for EMUs.The fault tree of the EMUs was qualitatively analyzed using the Minimum cut set and minimum diameter set.Based on the probability of occurrence of the top event,the importance of the EMU's use of the tree probability of the accident tree was quantitatively analyzed.The results show that while managing the hidden dangers of the source,it is necessary to improve the related inspection index system and work guidelines and strengthen the supervision and management of the staff.Finally,based on the safety analysis results of EMU,this paper puts forward the policy safety supervision,source quality and safety supervision,safety supervision and control of the maintenance work,safety supervision of personnel management,and safety supervision of accident symptom. |
