With the construction and booming population in Daying county, intensified gas demand-supply contradiction contrasted sharply against the inefficiency in Daying gas transmission and distribution pipeline(abbreviated to GTDP) capability. The peaking system has been challenged by the overload and recent uneven distribution of GTDP result from acceleration of urban and user expansion, along with national wide "gas deplete" and gas injection from outside. The upper stream of the units demand more to gas system than ever in lower ones, which makes assessing the capability of pipelines and perfecting them scientifically so urgent. Setting against those background, we discuss the applicability in GTDP in the following parts.(1) Generalize the status quo and summarize the new tech in GTDP domestically and compare the international classic gas market develop process, and learn lessons from them.(2) Analyze the geographical location, environment, traffic, population and future plan in Daying county. Research at the scene about operating parameters range between GTDP’s resource pipeline, distribution station and main lines. Draw the conclusion from its gas market demand-supply relation and currently existed problem.(3) After comparing the pluses and minus of different methods, based on the different features and statistics we select regression analysis to predict how much gas load the urban citizens&industry should consume over2013-2027,as well as through"grey method" we predict the industry gas load over the same period.(4) Establish the residents simplified hydraulic calculation model of gas pipe network in Daying county urban area.According to Daying gas pipeline statistics and the operation parameters of the pipeline in service with which gas distribution station provides, calculating Daying residents city gas pipeline network in service of summer and winter, the peak hydraulic condition and design conditions,then completing adaptability analysis of the urban pipeline in service;Estimate four kinds of typical accident and complete the Daying hydraulic reliability analysis of the urban pipeline network in service work through the corresponding calculation.(5) Calculation mode of urban residents gas supply pipe network in Daying county was established after the plan, based on network planning information form Qijiang new town, cultural industrial park, the new city and four new industrial park area in Daying county.Then complete the long-term urban residents within the gas supply pipe network of adaptability analysis in Daying county.
