In the application of some particular occasions, some special load should be sped up to the desired high speed in a short time (e.g., within300ms). And according to different situations, the initial launch velocity also needs to be adjusted appropriately. The control components of high pressure drive system-high-pressure pneumatic on-off valves are required to output large flow rapidly and adjust the flow within a certain range. In order to realize the above functions, generally the diameter of the main valve core should be increased and accordingly the size of the pilot valve and the electromagnet also need to be increased, which makes the response time of the pilot valve and main valve prolonged leading to the difficulty in achieving the requirement of rapidity. This topic put forward a new technical method whose basic principle is to use multiple small flow solenoid valves that can response quickly. The requirement of large flow with rapid response in total output flow can be satisfied, and the adjustment of quasi-linear flow within a certain scope can also be implemented by phase control, through which the aim of adjusting driving speed of the load can be realized moderately. For such purpose, the corresponding theoretical and experimental research has been carried out.The completed research work of this thesis is mainly as follows:(1) In order to study the flow characteristic of high pressure pneumatic valve, the mathematical models of a single high pressure pneumatic valve and the phase control of output-flow of the high-pressure pneumatic on-off valves were set up. The dynamic characteristics of the pneumatic valve in the process of work were realized through the simulation of theoretical model, which laid the theoretical foundation of better analyzing the corresponding relationship between the adjusting parameters and the output flow.(2) The experimental platform for the study of the phase control of output-flow in thehigh-pressure pneumatic valves was built.The program of flow control and data collection&storage was written by Labview-software.The control model based on the discrete fitting methods was established. Aiming at the control of instantaneous output flow at the working time Tw=300ms and selecting the phase difference ((?)1,(?)2) as moderating variable,three same valves were controlled to open in a certain phase. The experimental results of different regulation scheme were compared in order to determine the optimal regulation scheme and the error was analyzed. The accuracy of the control model was verified through the variable pressure experiments. (3) The load drive experimental platform which uses the cylinder as the driving mechanism was built. The speed of the cylinder’s specific load was adjusted at the expected working location through the established control model. Subsequently the data was processed and the experimental resultswere analyzed, whichprovesthat this flow control method can realize the load driving mechanism running at the maximum speed as well as the regulation of speed within a certain scope. As mentioned above,this method has practical values.
