As one of the most important basic components in pneumatic system, pneumatic high-speed on-off valve is widely used on that it is pocesssed with many advantages,such as high switching speed,high power density,simple structure.compared with the pneumatic proportional servo valve,it is rather cheap.There is increasing demand for high-speed system in high pressure condition for industries like national defense industry so that development of the high pressure pneumatic components becomes a trend. The research on pneumatic high-pressure high-speed on-off valve technology will definitely makes a significant contribution to the development in the field of high pressure pneumatic system in China.Combined analysis of mathematical modeling and numerical simulation with experiment, the pneumatic high speed on-off valve is systematically researched in the thesis,and a direct-acting pneumatic high pressure high speed on-off ball valve motivated by a solenoid with a magnetic isolating loop is designed.The main content of each chapter is summarized below.In chapter l,the development and current reseach on the high-speed on-off valve and pneumatic high-pressure valve are discussed,which makes it of great significance to do research on pneumatic high-pressure high-speed on-off valve.The main content of this thesis is summarized.In chapter 2,the principle of high-speed solenoid is researched.After the soft magnetic material is determined, preliminary research is carried on the electromagnetic force and response time.A method is found to reduce the residual magnetism. A direct-acting pneumatic high pressure high speed on-off ball valve is designed,which can reset and seal by pneumatic force.In chapter 3,the static and transient the principle of high pressure high speed on-off valve is researched.The first part is building mathematical model. In order to modify the pneumatic force model, Simulation is completed in FLUENT. The next part is to simulate the magnetic field in Ansoft Maxwell with the aim to optimize the structural parameters of electromagnet.In the last section of this chapter, mathematical model and the simulation results are combined in Matlab/Simulink to study the dynamic performance of high-speed on-off valve.In chapter 4,the test systems are developed and several experiments was carried on that,namely the experiment for analyzing electromagnetic force of the solenoid and the experiment to analyze the feature of leakage, static flow rate and dynamic performance of the high-speed on-off valve.The test shows that sum of the open and close time of the high-pressure high-speed on-off valve design in the thesis is about 8.5ms when the solenoid is motivated by 90VDC.The flow rate of it is 6 times as that of HSV designed by GuiZhou HongLin factory.In chapter 5,the main content is summarized,a conclusion is made and future work is put forward as well.
