The pneumatic pilot high-pressure solenoid valve is a kind of pneumatic components,which uses high-pressure gas as the working medium and regards electromagnetic coil as implementing agency to control the system of high-pressure pneumatic on or off.The valve has the advantages of small size,low power consumption,safety reliability etc.,which has been widely used in the high-pressure system of modern industry.It has come to a hot topic of research on the high-pressure pneumatic technology.At present,there were few reports on the pilot-type high-pressure solenoid valve,especially for high-pressure solenoid valve of the CNG vehicle in China.Taking the application in the CNG bottle pilot type high pressure solenoid valve for the research object,the research used the principle analysis,structure design,mathematical modeling,simulation and test verification method of the electromagnetic valve in-depth study.The main research was as follows:(1)Research on the structure and the dynamic working process of solenoid valve: A kind of high-pressure solenoid valve structure with low power,small size pilot was proposed.Then the structure and dynamic working process were analyzed combined with the working environment of the solenoid valve.Besides,the initial structural parameters of the electromagnet were determined.(2)Research on static characteristics of electromagnet and dynamic characteristics of Solenoid Valve: In order to study the static characteristics of the electromagnet,a 3-D parametric finite element simulation model of the electromagnet was established.At the same time,in order to study the dynamic characteristics of the solenoid valve,the differential equations of the movement,spring force and air pressure difference of the solenoid valve were established.On the basis of the above differential equation combined with the 3-D model of the electromagnet,the finite element lumped parameter simulation model was established with Simulink.(3)Transient temperature rise characteristic of electromagnet: The simulation model of transient temperature rise of electromagnet was established to analyze the temperature rise characteristic of the electromagnet.(4)Experimental study on the static characteristics of electromagnet and the dynamic characteristics of solenoid valve: The static suction test platform of the electromagnet was modified to study the static characteristics of the electromagnet.The dynamic characteristic test platform of the electromagnetic valve which had been designed was developed,and the dynamic response test was carried out under different air pressure.The experimental results show that the parametric finite element model and the lumped parameter simulation model are correct.The simulation results show that the dynamic process analysis of the solenoid valve is reasonable.At the same time,simulation and experimental results show that when the pilot solenoid valve is under the pressure of 20 MPa,the pilot-hole opening time is 8ms and the entire solenoid valve open time is 1.378 s.
