High effective heat exchange pipe is a kind of special pipe with excellent performance in transferring heat, which is widely used in heat exchange machines. The heat transfer coefficient directly determines the efficiency of energy usage, and the quality of high effective heat exchange pipe is the main reason that determines the heat transfer coefficient. At present, most machines that produce heat exchange pipes are refitted from traditional lathes, which are in low degree of automation with unsatisfactory precision and are unable to recognize square pipes. Therefore, the heat exchange pipes made using such devices are in bad precision and consistency, leading to low heat transfer coefficient and reducing the quality. Aiming at solving aforementioned problems, in this dissertation, smart processing machinery to produce high quality heat exchange pipes is designed. Main key technologies as followed.Using software Deform-3D to simulate the extrusion process, changing the speed, distance down the squeeze, diameter and the diameter difference parameter of the tool. By analyzing tool pressure pipe and equivalent strain degree of change, combining with experimental validation process, optimal process parameters and tool sizes are achieved.According to the principle of product forming, a novel mechanical structure is designed, including gear transmission system, radial extrusion feed system, centering mechanism, and the three-dimensional solid modeling in Solid Works is accomplished.The digital control system of the machinery is designed and applied, using servo drive units to realize three-axle synchronous control, which achieves the synchronous radial isometric feed of three roller cutting tools. The overall design of electrical control system solutions, the AC motor inverter circuit and electrical control cabinet are designed as well.Completion of the squeeze pressure real-time acquisition system design,the data collected compare with the standard reference values by using the C++programming language interface, applied with user interface to realize the automatic recognition and process of square pipes.By studying these key technologies to improve the production efficiency of equipment, enhancing the accuracy and consistency of the product, and promoting the development of processing technologies tubes.
