Management Of Quality Of Nanjing Metro Line Electric Passenger Aircraft Repair Projects

The development of project management theory and methods has greatly changed the appearance of engineering management. In the field of urban rail transit, project management theory and methods is being widely used in depth, such as subway construction, operation and resource development, etc.Rolling stock maintenance is one of the core businesses for safe and reliable operation of the urban rail transit system. Especially, Un-wheeling repair is one of high-level maintenance specifications, and should undertake the restorative maintenance tasks of vehicle components and their functions. Its maintenance cycle is long, and maintenance technology is complicated. Therefore, un-wheeling repair needs to strengthen quality management, to ensure the normal operation of vehicles with traffic safety and passenger safety.There are20trains configured for the Nanjing Line1, which project management mode is adopted for un-wheeling repair of all the trains. In July2009, the first train began its un-wheeling repair. In August2012, the20th train completed its repair.To frame un-wheeling repair project of the Nanjing Line1as a case, this paper made the following researches:First of all, this paper reviews the status quo of the domestic and foreign project management and rolling stock maintenance, and introduces the research background, the research significance, thesis structure of this article.Secondly, this paper simply introduces the basic theories of project quality management for un-wheeling repair project of the Nanjing Line1, mainly including quality management, project management, project quality management, equipment maintenance, rolling stock maintenance mode, etc.Again, this paper introduces un-wheeling repair project from the aspects such as an overview of the Nanjing Line1, the basic composition of rolling stock and maintenance mode of Nanjing Metro, etc.Finally, in view of four basic processes of un-wheeling repair project (such as the project quality planning, the project quality assurance, the project quality control, the project quality improvement), this paper determines the repair project quality requirements and the evaluation index system, the quality assurance system, the factors influencing the quality and their control processes and measures, and put forward the methods of quality improvement and evaluate the effects.
