Research On Project Quality Management Of Un-Wheeling Repair Of MTR Vehicle For Beijing Metro Line 4

The maintenance of metro vehicles is an important work to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the urban rail transit system. Among the class of repairs, Un-wheeling repair is a high-level maintenance repair work of the subway vehicles, and its main task is to maintain and restore the performance of the whole vehicle systems, parts and its function.Un-wheeling repair, whose cycle is long and technology is complicated, requires that it is very important to strengthen the quality management to ensure that the design of the Class of the metro vehicle repairs is reasonable, and that the quality of MTR maintenance, and that the quality of MTR services.Only in this way, the traffic safety and the safety of the passengers in normal operation can be ensured.This paper, using the theory and method of project management, made the researches on project quality management of un-wheeling repair of MTR vehicle in urban rail transit.For Beijing metro line 4 as a case, this paper has done the following research:First of all, On the basis of introducing the general situation and the maintenance process of un-wheeling repair project of the vehicle for Beijing metro line 4, this paper analyzes and establishes the system of quality evaluation. At the same time, this paper introduces the theory of defect of 6 sigma(six sigma), and combining the calculation method of the defect rate and vehicle maintenance quality management. The DPMO calculation is carried out for the overall maintenance quality of the un-wheeling repair project of Beijing metro line 4, coming to a conclusion that the maintenance quality is in a downward trend.Secondly, in the light of the seven factors affecting the quality of un-wheeling repair of MTR vehicle using causal analysis chart, this paper points out the existing problems and the impact of these problems on the index of quality evaluation, in order to effectively control the maintenance quality of the un-wheeling repair project by means of analyzing and solving these problems in subsequent studies.Again, using the methods of project quality management such as causal diagrams,statistics, etc, the paper analyzes each problem affecting the quality of un-wheeling repair one by one. Finally, the corresponding improvement suggestions or specific measures are eventually found, so as to achieve the purpose of containing the downward trend of the maintenance quality and improving the overall quality performance of maintenance.Finally, the paper summarizes the research, analyzing the insufficient and problems in the writing of this thesis. On this basis, the paper puts forward suggestions for improvement of future research.
