Because of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV) have many advantages, such as low-cost, zero casualties, UAV has been widely used In terms of military and civilian areas. An important aspect of UAVs is the research on high altitude and long-flight-time UAV. If the fligt-time is more than48hours,we name it super-long-flight-time UAV.Many contries have already start the research on super-long-flight-time UAV now.The key to make super-long-flight-time UAV fly autonomous,is that the UAV must have precision autonomous navigation capabilities. So high-precision navigation technology has become a key technology to improve the performance constraints of the UAV.the SINS navigation system, the GNSS navigation system,and the CNS navigation system are studied to achieve the purpose of high-precision navigation continuity and reliability of positioning. Combined advantages and disadvantages of the SINS, GNSS, CNS, This article designed SINS/GNSS/CNS Integrated Navigation System.Hardware and software is joined to complete the navigation system. This paper completed the hardware design durable integrated navigation system based on embedded processors, namely included a power supply module, GPS/BD receiver data acquisition module, inertial navigation data acquisition module, star sensor data acquisition modules, the modul to communicate with the host computerBased on the hardware platform, it complete the design of the software, which including the system initialization module, GPS/BD solver data acquisition module, the solver inertial navigation data acquisition module.Finally, the results of the dynamic and static performance test system, indicate that the navigation system can provide long-lasting and reliable navigation,and the navigation accuracy to meet the design requirements.
