| In this paper, some researches on the evaluation method of fighting effectiveness of rifles were carried out based on the evaluation theory of weapon system effectiveness.First, the concept of "fighting effectiveness of rifles" was introduced. The basic factors related to the fighting effectiveness of rifles such as the length of rifle, the weight of rifle, the weight of bullet, the direct distance, the accuracy of shooting, the power of damage, the rate of fire and the muzzle flame, noise, the recoil of rifle were defined, especially the accuracy and damage.Secondly, the meaning of "operational scenario" was expounded, most combat circumstances which might appear in the "operational scenario" were sorted out and the adjustments caused by "operational scenario" in the evaluating were characterized quantitatively.Thirdly, the concept of "combat effectiveness exponent of rifles" was introduced, the associations between the combat effectiveness and performance parameters of rifles were discussed and characterized quantitatively with the help of the fuzzy AHP. Models of the maneuvering capability exponent, the complex firepower exponent, the adaptability exponent and the total operational effectiveness exponent were established in consideration of the performance parameters of rifles, the factors of battle and the rifles reliability, and a programme used to calculate them had been compiled.Finally, anther evaluation method of fighting effectiveness of rifles, which was used in lacking of information based on the gray theory, was described. |
