Thatnot only has the advantage of reliable AC motor also has good speedperformance DC, therefore they are widely used in more and more fields.Especially the small volume, low noise, high efficiency and more suitable forapplication in household appliances. Research on this topic comes from thedesign of a brushless DC motor applications washing machine, in this paper, wedesigned a position sensor brushless DC motor speed control system.Firstly, through the study of Brushless DC motor the basic workingprinciple and analysis model of motor and armature winding connection mode,the control method of Brushless DC motor (open loop and closed loop) andstrategy (traditional PID control and Fuzzy PIDcontrol) were compared, andchoose the suitable control method is: double loop Fuzzy PIDcontrol method.And then in the matlab/simulink a BLDCM model of control system,through the comparison of the Fuzzy PIDcontrol system with the traditionalPID control chart speed waveform control system, the control system adoptsFuzzy PIDcontrol method compared with the traditional PID control methodof speed control system with static and dynamic performance, better fasterresponse, the speed drop is small which impact load, anti-interference abilitystronger.Finally, this paper provide a basis for the brushless DC motor control system with the verification of the theory, which gives the software andhardware design. The core processor was selected as STC89C52microcontrollerof the most common family and the inverter unit Intelligent was decided asP75NF75and composed of power tube driving circuit is composed of theAmerican company production series driver chip IR2110. Use of protel DXPsoftware on the system design of driven plate, gives the system of invertercircuit, drive circuit, power circuit,etc. With reference to the MATLAB/Simulinksimulation model of the control algorithm, design of the motor speed controlsystem software. |
