The application of project evaluationtheory on RFID intelligent Watt-hour meter project before the implementation of thenecessity and feasibility of the comprehensive system analysis and demonstration.First, this topic elaborates project evaluation theory. Project evaluation is the coreof project of a set of scientific demonstration, analysis and evaluation method. Thistopic researches decision-making phase of the project evaluation. Second, analysis ofthe domestic and foreign Watt-hour meter development, its core technology is electricmeasurement technology. RFID technology is Watt-hour meter data delivery andprepaid optimization tools. Third,the project of hardware, software and processanalysis. This project with high technical content, production process is simple, easyto form large-scale production. Finally, analysis of the reliability of RFID intelligentWatt-hour meter. Meter reliability is affected by many factors. The Watt-hour metermay exist in a variety of errors, in the technology were adopted correspondingmethods of treatment, to ensure that the RFID intelligent Watt-hour meter safety andreliability.Study found that, RFID intelligent Watt-hour meter with a new generation ofWatt-hour meter with many advantages, Watt-hour metering accuracy, card security,quick, strong anti-interference ability, long service life. It is technologically advanced,mature theory, the use of safe and reliable. Its production technology is simple andeasy, easy mass production.
