Hydraulic cylinders as an actuator are used in a hydraulic system; it is adevice that could convert hydraulic energy into mechanical energy conversion.In order to solve the problem of the high-precision hydraulic cylinder pistonheavy inertia and poor dynamic response, we designed a new type ofspecial-purpose hydraulic cylinders-a hollow cylinder. Special machinerymechanism can be installed in its unique hollow inner cylinder space, and allowsthe cable, cables, shafts etc.pass through, it can be easily applied from heavyequipment rose, lifting bridges and other equipment, completed thesynchronization lifting, stretching, walking and other functions.Firstly, introduced the research background, Discusses the applications andresearch status of hydraulic cylinders, hollow cylinders, hydraulicsynchronization control systems and hollow cylinder synchronizationsystem,finally, we illustrate the main content of this paper.Analyzes structuralfeatures of the hollow cylinder, gives a design calculation process about the keycomponents of double acting hollow hydraulic cylinder, and established athree-dimensional feature models, first single acting hollow cylinders were madestatic strength analyzes, then designed double-acting hollow hydraulic cylinderswith solid cylinders were bearing performance comparison analysis in both loadand partial load conditions.Secondly, Study analyzed the common hydraulic synchronization circuit,synchronous control mode and control strategy, designed a hollow cylinder twinsynchronous circuit, created a simple cylinder model synchronization bench,given a design principles of the bench about mechanical, electrical, hydraulic,etc. as well as selection method of key components. Deduced mathematicalequations of electro-hydraulic proportional directional valves, hollow cylindersand feedback components, established cylinder synchronous system transferfunction block diagram, lists each channel closed-loop and open-loop transferfunction,it provides a theoretical basis for simulation analysis.Finally, analyzes the principle of genetic algorithms and classical PIDcontrol algorithm, and combining their advantages, innovative applications in the hollow hydraulic cylinder double cylinder synchronous system, designedbased on IGA-PID synchronous controller, created the simulation model ofcylinder synchronous system, and completed a simulation analysis,the resultsshowed that good dynamic response and high synchronization accuracy in thehollow hydraulic cylinder double cylinder synchronous system.Summarized thecontent of work in this paper, proposed the place and work which to becontinued improvement, and the research and application of the hollow cylinderhydraulic cylinder synchronous system is prospected.
