Brushless DC motor is different from the traditional motor. It uses electronic components replace the traditional mechanical components to complete the commutation process of the motors. So it has a lighter weight, smaller volume and stronger reliability. At the same time, due to the existence of the position senser, its application scope is limited. With the continuous development of the control algorithm, more and more excellent control algorithm need to be applied to the control of motors. This topic is based on the brushless DC motors, we use sensorless control,direct torque control, with TMS320F2812as the core to design the hardware circuit.Firstly, this article introduces the brushless DC motors simply, including the structure and working principle of motors. And then establish mathematical model, discuss the back emf method and the direct torque control,analysis their characteristics.Secondly, we simulated under the environment of Matlab/Simulink, obtained the corresponding results and analyzed them. Thus finish the validation of system.Thirdly, complete the study and design of hardware circuit. Introduce each module of the hardware circuit, involve screening of electronic components.Finally, describe the software of the system. Write the writing idea and draw the flow chart, adjust the system.
