Hydraulic Confined Piston Engine (HCPE) is a the new power system, which can directly transform heat energy of combustion into hydraulic energy and rotational mechanical energy. It can significantly improve the efficiency of energy conversion, and have good dynamic and economic performance. In order to improve the performance and strengthen the compact structure of the HCPE, the multi-disciplinary optimization, design of design of the crankshaft and connecting rod is necessary to achieve the desired design purposes.According to the lubrication film formation mechanism, the lubricating form positioning Newton fluid lubrication, according to the Reynolds equation, the boundary conditions are determined, using the super relaxation iteration method, the oil film stiffness; on the crankshaft statics analysis, the oil film stiffness into the spring stiffness, the model analysis, static analysis model of equivalent spring finite element contact finite element model and the prior to do the comparison, the spring element model accords with the actual working condition of crankshaft equivalent.Aiming at the optimization of Hydraulic Confined Piston Engine crankshaft is proposed by our laboratory, the article, several common crankshaft optimization analysis method analyzed:finite element method, based on the dynamic analysis of ADAMS. Proposed the establishment of oil film model is obtained using the Reynolds equation, oil film rigidity equivalent to a spring of equivalent spring optimization in ANS YS analysis. Get closer to the real condition of the crankshaft movement environment, optimize the more reasonable. The optimized crankshaft volume decreased by15.1%after optimization, the volume is2.4706×10-3m3.
