| In order to conform to the trend of computer, control, network and communications technology, remote networked control technology which can get rid of the regional space constraints has been developed gradually in realization in many industrial applications. Thus a remote-control system which based on brushless DC motor of network is builded. We can accomplish goals which clients can control and watch the current status of the motor in the monitor interfaces of remote computer. The results show that the research by this paper has better practical and applied meaning.At first, this article introduces basic theory of brushless DC motor and networked control systems, and elaborates the brushless DC motor’s structure, principle of operation,mathematical models and the theory of network communication in detail.Then, it describes the process of DSP control construct of brushless DC motor hardware circuit in detail, including the contents of the entire hardware circuit debugging and rectification. After structuring the hardware circuit, the author realize the DSP event manager and the serial port function of SCI by means of the CCS software.Next, by using Delphi software to design the remote client and local server. The remote clients not only need to be able to show a friendly man-machine interface, but also need to have the ability to communicate with the local server.The local server is not only require the same as the ability of network communication of the client, meanwhile it needs to realize the communication between with the hardware, in other words,the establishment of the serial communication program is completed.At last, for the entire remote control systems, after confirming that the hardware circuit is built correctly, we have a motor monitoring test about the remote control systems. The test results show that the operations such as starting and stopping the motor, adjusting and displaying the speed can be achieved on the computer remotely based on the network. |
