Classical swine fever (Classical swine fever, CSF) is on China’s pig industry one of the most serious infectious disease damage, number of pigs in China die each year because of various disease and total pig number roughly8%~10%ratio, in which all these dead pigs, with up to1/3~2/3of classical swine fever virus infection died dead.In recent years, in a robust immune pressure, and with the increased amount of pig breeding and pig dealer traffic has become increasingly active, the prevalence of swine fever appeared new characteristic:First, in the area are sporadic, large-scale outbreak is very few, and there is a certain periodicity (typically3-4years as a cycle); second, with moderate form of attack, rarely third, acute attack; attack with mild, atypical and appear high fever symptoms form, showing the typical pathological changes in the case of less.Serum samples7-8weeks of nursery pigs, the experiment of11city, Sichuan Province in different scale of farms in10-12weeks of nursery pigs, pig by commercial swine fever antibody ELISA kit for serological investigation of swine fever antibody, in order to improve our province in different scale of farms especially small scale farms making immune level of swine fever, swine fever control measures to clean, control of classical swine fever epidemic and provide reference. The main results are as follows:1.The monitoring results in different areas of the province’s uneven, some good and some bad, most farms especially not small scale farms swine immune effect of optimism.2.Nursery pigs (7-8weeks) of classical swine fever antibody results:small scale farms7-8week old piglets of classical swine fever antibody positive rate and qualified rate was only59.1%and42.7%, large-scale farms were67.4%and45.9%; small and large scale farms nursery pigs (7-8weeks) of classical swine fever antibody average variation coefficient was39.7%and34.6%respectively.3.piglets (10-12weeks) of classical swine fever antibody results:small scale farms10-12week old piglets of classical swine fever antibody positive rate and qualified rate was69.4%and59.3%, large-scale farms were76.2%and64.7%; small and large scale farms nursery pigs (10-12weeks) of classical swine fever antibody average coefficient of variation were35.9%and28.1%.4.Kind of swine fever antibody results:small scale farms breeding swine fever antibody positive rate and qualified rate was79.1%and68.4%, large-scale farms were81.1%and72.1%; the average coefficient of variation of small scale and large farm for swine fever antibody were30.3%and27.4%.
