China is the world's largest hog and pork products consuming countries,and has always attached great importance to prevention and control of swine disease and research.Diarrhea,respiratory diseases and reproductive system disorders are the most damaging types of diseases in swine.At present,the research methods and the scale of infectious diseases in pigs have reached the international level in China.However,in actual production and application,there are still some gaps with the developed western countries because of the hug and complex breeding environment.Infectious disease of swine has always been one of the key contents of animal disease prevention and control in this country.Guangzhou is one of the largest animal breeding industry development areas in China with a large animal breeding system.Aim to grasp the antibody levels,supervision status and features of PRRS and CSF which happened in the recent years in Guangzhou,and to provided reference of the poultry disease's prevention and control efforts in the region,serological research and analysis of the PRRS and CSF which utilize antibody detection kit technology during 2014 to June 2016 in Baiyun,Conghua etc.District of Guangzhou province is researched in this study.In 2014,the researchers tested 977 and 1153 swine sera from different swine farms,the results showed that the passing rate of HP-PRRSV and CSFV immune antibody were 97.24% and 80.05%.300 and 150 swine serums from breeding boar farms;283 and 20 swine nose swabs from commercial swine farms were tested for etiology,the results showed that the pathogenicity of HP-PRRSV and CSFV were negative.Then there are also 814,1144 serum samples from Guangzhou's swine farms were tested in 2015,and the passing rate of HPPRRSV and CSFV immune antibody were 97.91% and 89.69%;At the same time,660 serum samples and 50 pig submandibular lymph nodes,308 swine nose swabs were tested for HP-PRRSV and CSFV,and one positive case was found in the slaughterhouse.Form January to June in 2016,a total of 808 and 964 swine serum samples collected from the same district were serologically tested for HP-PRRSV and CSFV,results showed that the passing rate of antibodies were 99.01% and 90.45%.Furthermore 420 serum samples and 412 swine nose swabs for HP-PRRSV,330 serum samples and 50 pig submandibular lymph nodes for CSFV were tested,and the result is that no pathogen is found.Overall,there has high level of antibody to PRRSV and CSFV in Guangzhou area,the swinery on the region have a strong protective effect of virous invasion.In the future,prevention and control should be strengthened to effectively avoid the risk of disease outbreaks.
