The Antibody Level Monitoring And Immune Procedure Analysis And Improving Of The Classical Swine Fever,Porcine Reprocuctive And Respiratory Syndrome Of An Intensive Pigs Farm

Classical swine fever and Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome have brought a great loss on livestock development.This study selected a large-scale pig farms in pigs as the research object,monitoring serum antibody level of CSF and PRRS,and detecting the antibody titer results by different immune procedure,to determine the more suitable immune program,eventually for these diseases prevention and control and provide a scientific basis for epidemiological investigation.Between 2013 to 2014 we analyzed antibody or antigen using detection kits. First,we detected CSF antigen and maternal antibodies of 300 four weeks piglets serum using CSF antibody and antigen detection kit,the results showed that the monitoring of piglets swine fever average maternal antibody positive rate was 36.33%,swine fever antigen positive positive rate was 3.33%;Before March 2014 6 weeks piglets for the first immune,8 weeks for the second immune,28 weeks for the thrid immune. During this stage,we randomly tested 4 weeks,8 weeks and 11 weeks of piglets,serum each 30 copies a month.Continuous detection five month.The results showed that 4 weeks the average positive rate of swine fever antibody and antigen respectively were 36.00%? 6.67%;8 weeks and 11 weeks the average positive rate of swine fever antibody and antigen respectively were 47.03%,60.67% and 1.33%,0%;After March 2014 adjusted immunity,4 weeks piglets for the first immune,7weeks for the second immune,28 weeks for the thrid immune;During this stage,we randomly tested 4 weeks,6 weeks and 10 weeks of piglets,serum each 30 copies a month.Continuous detection five month.The results showed that 4 weeks the average positive rate of swine fever antibody and antigen respectively were 36.66%? 0.67%;6 weeks and 10 weeks the average positive rate of swine fever antibody and antigen respectively were 62.00%,70.67% and 0%,0%;Statistical analysis showed that there were no significant difference between 4 weeks piglets of serum which before or after the immune adjustment(P>0.05).But two immune effects were significant difference between groups(P<0.05).The latter was superior to the former.We immuned PRRS vaccine by two immunization programs,according to the results,At the same time 4 weeks of piglets for immune PRRS vaccine,when they were 15 weeks and 33 weeks the average PRRS antibody positive rate respectively were 85.33% and 91.33%;1 weeks of piglets for immune PRRS vaccine,when they were 15 weeks and 33 weeks the average PRRS antibody positive rate respectively were 94.67% and 98.00%.There was no significant difference between groups(P>0.05).We can see that the PRRS vaccine immunization effect of the pig farm was ideal.
