After Moxa Box Moxibustion Circulation Ischemia Vertigo (phlegm In The Resistance-type) Efficacy

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect the treatment of posterior circulation ischemic vertigo (the phlegm turbidity resistance) by the box-moxibustionMethods:The criteria of60patients of posterior circulation ischemic vertigo were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30cases in each group. The box-moxibustion and flunarizine as the treatment group, only the flunarizine as the control group. To observe and compare treatment effect of the both groups vertigo and the overall effect of Symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine after2courses of treatment.Results:1.After treatment,two groups of the average cerebral artery blood flow velocity and the average blood flow were both the previous rise significantly than before, the difference have highly statistically significant (P＜0.01), but there was no statistically significant difference in the treatment group than in the control group (P＞0.05).2.After treatment, the two groups of patients dizzy, head heavy, like something wrapped all the primary symptom have a significant reduction in evaluating and integral, the difference have highly statistically significant (P＜0.01), and the treatment group than in the control group down more apparent, is statistically significant difference (P＜0.05). 3.After treatment, the two groups of the total score in symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine have dropped significantly, differences have highly statistically significant (P＜0.01), but there was no statistically significant difference in the treatment group than in the control group (P＞0.05).4.After treatment,Vertigo efficacy and symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine in total effective rate of the experimental group higher than those in the control group, but there was no statistically significant difference in the treatment group than in the control group (P＞0.05).5.During treatment, two groups of patients all did not appear adverse events.Conclusion:The treatment effect of the posterior circulation ischemic vertigo by the box-moxibustion was a simpler operation, convenient, curative effect, less side effects, such as the unique advantages were all worth to promote in clinic.
