Clinical Study On Posterior Circulation Ischemic Vertigo After Treatment Of Huayu Tongluo Moxibustion

ObjectiveObservation on the clinical efficacy of Huayu Tongluo moxibustion combined with nimodipine in the treatment of ischemic vertigo.Methods60 patients who were diagnosed as dizziness and Western medicine diagnosed as posterior circulation ischemic vertigo were randomly divided into 30 cases of "Huayu Tongluo moxibustion" group and nimodipine group.In the routine treatment of vertigo,Huayu Tongluo moxibustion group using Huayu Tongluo moxibustion treatment once a day,the control group oral nimodipine 3 times and each 30 mg a day,after the treatment to observe the changes of the symptoms of the transcranial Doppler,brainstem auditory evoked potentials and scales before and after treatment,and to analyze and record the adverse events in the course of treatment,The data were analyzed statistically to obtain the results after the objective evaluation of its therapeutic effect.Results1.Curative effect: after treatment,the curative effect of Huayu Tongluo moxibustio group was better than nimodipine group,there was significant difference(P<0.05);the effective rate of the treatment group was 90%,while the control group was 70%.2.TCM syndrome score: After the end of treatment,Huayu Tongluo moxibustion group score was lower than the use of nimodipine patients(P<0.01),indicating that Huayu Tongluo moxibustion group patients with vertigo improved better than nimodipine group.3.TCD results:The Vs and Vd of LVA,RVA and BA were significantly improved after treatment with Huayu Tongluo moxibustion group(P<0.01).The Vs of LVA and RVA in nimodipine group was improved after treatment(P<0.05)and the Vd of BA was also improved after treatment(P<0.01),The Vd of LVA and BAwas was improved after treatment(P<0.05)and Vd of RVA was higher than that before treatment(P<0.01).Which indicating that Huayu Tongluo moxibustion therapy and western medicine nimodipine all contribute to the improvement of vertebral basilar artery blood flow velocity in patients with PCIV.Compared with the two groups,The improvement of vertebral basilar artery blood flow velocity was better than that of nimodipine group(P<0.01).4.DARS score and DHI score: Compared with the results of the two groups,the DARS score and the DHI score of the nimodipine group decreased after treatment,Huayu Tongluo moxibustion group has a very significant decreased after treatment(P<0.01),and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.01).Conclusion1.The use of Huayu Tongluo moxibustion after treatment of ischemic vertigo is better than nimodipine treatment;2.Huayu Tongluo moxibustion therapy can effectively improve the patient’s vertigo symptoms,improve the basilar artery blood flow velocity and reduce the impact of vertigo on the quality of life of patients;3.The use of Huayu Tongluo moxibustion for the clinical use of traditional Chinese medicine after treatment of circulating ischemic vertigo provides a new way of thinking.
