Purpose：Observing and studying characteristics of tongue and pulse ofcardio-cerebral disease patients, which is also called coronary heart diseaseangina pectoris with atherosclerotic thrombotic cerebral infarction (2weeksto8weeks after the onset),exploring and analysing their differentdistribubution in different TCM etiology,in order to explain the etiology andpathogenesis of TCM, which providing theoretical basis about studingcardio-cerebral disease patients and systemic guidance to clinicaltreatment,recovery and long-term prognosis.Material and method：A cross-sectional survey design is used, with11upper first-classhospital standard as the center, the research purpose and content of survey areexplained to the patients, signs the informed consent, strictly pick up the casesaccording to the inclusion criteria, exclusion criteria, rejection criteria.982qualified patients are one-time acquisition of general information, history,risk factors, attack seasons, TCM etiology, tongue, pulse and otherinformation.Based on982cases of cardio-cerebral using frequency,constituentratio analysing the characteristics of tongue,pulse of cardio-cerebral diseasepatients.The feature of distribution of TCM etiology in differenttongue,different distribution characteristics of TCM etiology and the incidenceof solar term of different pulse.Results：1.982patients received a total of10kinds of tongue color, with red tongue,light red tongue, pale dark tongue is ranked in the top three, the number ofcases accounted for24.5%,22.7%and20%respectively, in addition to the red,purple, dark reddish purple, purple, pale dark, dark, dark purple, dark red uniform classified as partial violet dark, together accounted for44.1%of thetotal number of cases; from the state of stiff tongue, tongue appear flaccidtongue, trembling tongue, tongue, tongue skew spit lane, a short tongue, numbnessof tongue paralysis of7tongue state, in which a stiff tongue and crooked tonguethe most, which accounted for22.6%and27.1%respectively; in the old tongue,tongue manifestation, tender tongue, enlarged tongue, thin tongue Teeth-Printedtongue, tongue, tongue crack6manifestation of heart and brain disease combinedpatients, with Tooth-Marked tongue, fat tongue as much, which accounted for31.4%and28.5%respectively; the performance of sublingual collaterals, mostly thetortuosity, the color purple, the total number of cases of the disease in40.8%and27.5%respectively.982cases of tongue fur color characteristics, throughcolor, Runzao, thick, greasy tongue coating color to observation, found mostlyin white, accounted for60%of total cases, dry fur and slippery tongue coatingwere17.7%in the total number of cases, mostly thin fur, accounted for47.1%of the total number of cases,greasy moss,greasy fur respectively accounted for20.7%and19.9%.Six evil all occupy a certain proportion in the8kinds of abnormal tongue,the old tongue to pathogenic wind accounted for the highest proportion, tendertongue with cold pathogen has the highest proportion; fat tongue to pathogenicwind accounted for the highest proportion, thin tongue to damp the highestproportion; Tooth-Marked tongue to the wind the proportion of the most high,fissured tongue to damp the highest proportion; stiff tongue to pathogenic windaccounted for the highest proportion, crooked tongue with cold pathogenaccounted for the highest proportion. In three kinds of pulse and slippery to sink in, the highestproportion of18.02%, thin and weak pulse secondly, accounted for9.98%, whileheavy smooth, thin string,string slippery pulse.In the general information and disease related risk factors and etiologyof Chinese medicine are found in different pulse features have differentproportional distribution.Conclusion：1、In some degree,the characteristics of tongue can indicate the etiologyand pathogenesis of the patients with cardio-cerebral disease, which is themicroscopic reflection of the cadio-cerebral disease patient’s TraditionalChinese Medical syndrome elements,being vitally important in the diagnosis andtherapy of cardio-cerebral disease under the Traditional Chinese Medicaldisease and pattern combined module.2、In some degree,the characteristics of pulse condition can indicate the etiology and pathogenesis of the patients with cardio-cerebral disease,which is the microscopic reflection of the cadio-cerebral disease patient’sTraditional Chinese Medical syndrome elements,being vitally important referenceof the diagnosis and therapy of cardio-cerebral disease under the TraditionalChinese Medical disease and pattern combined module.The normalization and objectification of the collection of tongue and pulsecondition is deeply needed.4、On the basis of treatment based on syndrome differentiation andsynthesis of the four diagnostic methods,we collect the etiology, and analyzetheir distribution about different characteristics of tongue and pulse condition.It indicates that the external cause and internal cause of pathogenic factorsmay not totally consistent with the characteristics of tongue and pulsecondition,indicating the rationality of choosing syndrome instead of pulse orchoosing pulse instead of syndrome,which reflecting the individual treatmentconcept of Traditional Chinese Medicine from another point of view.
