| Objective:The research aims to observe the clinical comprehensive curative effects and the effect of the S-100 B protein、neuropeptide Y、high sensitivity C-reactive protein’s influence to ischemic stroke during recovery period of Wenyang Fuyuan Prescription,which to definite efficacy and preliminary explore the therapeutic mechanism,and to lay a solid foundation for its application.Methods: 80 cases patients with ischemic stroke during recovery period who conform to the diagnostic criteria were selected,then they were block randomization divided into treatment group(Wenyang Fuyuan Prescription combined with conventional treatment of western medicine,Wenyang Fuyuan Prescription group)and control group(Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with conventional treatment of western medicine,Buyang Huanwu Decoction group),each group of 40 cases.Evaluating clinical comprehensive effects and laboratory index(S-100 B protein,neuropeptide Y and high sensitivity Creactive protein)and having statistical analysis before and after 4 weeks.Results:(1)Two groups of clinical comprehensive effects comparison:in treatment group(37 cases),among 7 cases got recovered,17 cases markedly effective,10 cases effective,3 cases invalid,whose overall effective rate was91.89%,and in the control group(36 cases),4 cases got recovered,12 cases markedly effective,10 cases effective,10 cases invalid,whose overall effective rate was 72.22%,and the difference between the two groups have only statistical significance(P<0.05),which showed that the Wenyang Fuyuan Prescription group’s curative effects was better than the Buyang Huanwu Decoction group’s.(2)Two groups of S-100 B protein comparison: there was no significant difference in serum S-100 B level between the two groups before treatment,whose difference was not statistically significant(p>0.05),while there was significant difference between the two groups after treatment(p<0.05),which showed that the Wenyang Fuyuan Prescription group’s curative effects of decreasing S-100 B protein was better than the Buyang Huanwu Decoction group’s.(3)Two groups of neuropeptide Y comparison: there was no significant difference in plasma neuropeptide Y level between the two groups before treatment,whose difference was not statistically significant(p>0.05),while there was significant difference between the two groups after treatment(p<0.05),which showed that the Wenyang Fuyuan Prescription group’s curative effects of decreasing neuropeptide Y was better than the Buyang Huanwu Decoction group’s.(4)Two groups of high sensitivity C-reactive protein comparison: there was no significant difference in serum high sensitivity C-reactive protein level between the two groups before treatment,whose difference was not statistically significant(p>0.05),while there was significant difference between the two groups after treatment(p<0.05),which showed that the Wenyang Fuyuan Prescription group’s curative effects of decreasing high sensitivity C-reactive protein was better than the Buyang Huanwu Decoction group’s.Conclusions: Wenyang Fuyuan Prescription combined with conventional western medicine therapy in treatment for ischemic stroke during recovery period is better than that of Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with conventional western medicine therapy,and preliminary reveals the mechanism of Wenyang Fuyuan Prescription may be related to the down-regulation of S-100 B,NPY,hs-CRP content expression. |
