Purpose: Using time domain analysis and self-comparison method to analyze and compare the changes of pulse condition and related parameters of postoperative patients with colon cancer who had side effects of chemotherapy,to promote the objective process of pulse diagnosis, and to provide an objective basis for the application of pulse instrument in clinical practice.Materials and methods: Using inflatable pulse condition instrument to collect bone marrow suppression occurred in 50 cases of colon cancer chemotherapy after surgery patients before and after the pulse condition and 50 cases of patients with normal pulse condition, these data by computer drawing into image, record images(P1,H1)and(P2,H2),H1/H2,t,and according to the symptoms of patients after chemotherapy pulse condition can be divided into vein and vein group, respectively before and after chemotherapy in patients with two groups of pulse condition parameters and test results are compared, and compare the virtual vein and vein group the results if there is a difference, and join the normal pulse condition for reference.Results:1.All pulse condition data in plain pulse patients were significantly higher than those before chemotherapy(P<0.05).2.In terms of clinical test results, the white blood cells and hemoglobin of the patients after chemotherapy were significantly reduced compared with those before chemotherapy(P<0.05),and the platelet difference was not statistically significant; In terms of pulse data, all pulse data of patients after chemotherapy were significantly reduced as before chemotherapy(P<0.05).3.In terms of clinical test results, white blood cells and platelets in the deficiency pulse group were significantly lower than those in the multiple-pulse group(P<0.05),and hemoglobin in the multiple-pulse group was significantly lower than that in the deficiency pulse group(P<0.05).In terms of pulse condition data,T,H1/H2 in the deficiency pulse group were significantly higher than that in the blood deficiency group, and H2 in the multi-pulse group was significantly higher than that in the deficiency pulse group(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference between the remaining terms.Conclusion:1.Postoperative side effects of bone marrow suppression may occur in patients with colon cancer after chemotherapy with oxaliplatin combined with capecitabine regimen.2.The patient’s pulse condition before chemotherapy was between asthenic pulse and normal pulse, which could be considered as mild asthenic pulse.3.Patients with adverse reactions after chemotherapy will have changes in pulse condition, among which leukopenia or thrombocytopenia are the main manifestations. The syndrome changes to qi deficiency and the pulse condition changes to deficient pulse; The decrease of hemoglobin was the main manifestation of the syndrome change to blood deficiency, and the pulse condition changed to several veins.4.Inflatable pulsar can be used to objectively distinguish the changes in the pulse condition of patients before and after chemotherapy,as well as the difference between virtual pulse and several pulse after chemotherapy.5.Pulse analyzer converts abstract pulse images into concrete images and data that can be objectively compared, which promotes the objectifying process of pulse diagnosis and provides an objective basis for its clinical application. |
