| The attack rate of coronary heart disease (CHD) is high. It is a serious cardiovascular system disease threatening people's health . some adecades ,Chinese medicine study on treatment of CHD have already acquired great advance .objective: to evaluate the clinic effective about CHD (which is induced by coronary heart disease ) treat with kudieziyin .At the same time ,we investigate its functional echanism.Methods :68 patients of CHD coming from the outpatient department were divided randomly into two groups , the treatment group is 34 cases, the contral group is 34 cases , the contral group were treated with danshenpian ,the treatment group were treated with kudiziyin . the period of treatment was 30 days . the patients were specially asked about not to accept any medicine for CHD ,but glonoine during the trial.Results: After treatment ,scores of angina pectoris attack frequency, chest pain-drgree, lasting time in both groups (P<0.05). total curative effect rate of angina pectorsis is 47 %.TCM syndrome score , chest pain, chest stuff and palpitation significantly decrease compared with that before treatment (P<0.05). Total curative effect rate of TCM syndrome is 94.12 % , Score of lasting time .chest pain–degree relieving chest pain ect in the treatment group is priority than that in the control group(p<0.05) . and the total curative effect rate of TCM syndrome angina pectoris and the total curative effect rate of disease is higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Chinese herbal drug (kudieziyin and fufangdanshenpian) had not obvious effects on improving Common ECG (P>0.05). the total curative effect rate of ECG is 61%.There is nosignificant difference between the treatment group and the control group on ECG(P>0.05) .In this process, there are no significant adverse effects in both groups during the treatment . Conclusion: kudieziyin is a safe and effective Chinese herbal drug for stable angina pectoris with syndrome of blood stasis in heart syndrome. |
