| Objective:To investigate the clinical validity and security of different dosage of TaiLiXin capsule in treating the angina pectoris of coronary heart disease (heart blood stasis syndrome).Method:The 48 cases who have got angina pectoris of coronary heart disease (heart blood stasis syndrome) are enrolled from the clinic of Chengdu university of TCM. According to a stochastically, double-blind, placebo-controlled design principle,48 cases are divided into three groups:treatment groupA (low dose), treatment groupB (high dose) and the control group(placebo). Treatment groupA are treated with 1 pill of the TaiLiXin capsule+1 pill of the simulative TaiLiXin capsule each time,3 times a day; Treatment groupB are treated with 2 pills of the TaiLiXin capsule each time, and 3 times a day; The control group are treated with 2 pills of the simulative TaiLiXin capsule each time,3 times a day. The period of treatment is 4 weeks. The symptoms and correlation eximations are observed and taken both before and after treatmentResult:Compare within the group of before and after the treatment, TaiLiXin capsule can improve some index of the angina pectoris,chinese medicine symptom and raise the quality of life. And it have the trend of high dose group curative effect surpasses the low group. But after the treatment, the angina integral,chinese medicine syndromes associated symptoms integral and Seattle score (except the stable status of angina) index have no difference within the groups. It is different from the conclusion of table14,15 and 17, that may because of less cases. During treatment, all of groups have no influence on vital signs, blood routine, urine routine, stool routine, electrocardiogram, liver and kidney functional check, also have no adverse events occurred.Conclusion:TaiLiXin capsule is a kind of secure medicine.But for angina pectoris of coronary heart disease (heart blood stasis syndrome), the therapeutic effect is needed to further proved with increasing the number of cases. |
