Clinical Studies Spleen Qi Deficiency Symptoms And Improve Quality Of Life In Patients With Flavored Sijunzitang Breast

Obejective:Objective evaluation on the therapeutic effect of Modified Four Gentlemen Decoction about improvement of symptoms and the quality of life for postoperative patients with breast cancer of spleen deficiency syndrome.Material and Method:To1years, collect28postoperative patients with breast cancer from Dalian Municipal Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine. All the patients oral Modified Four Gentlemen Decoction based on Chemotherapy. Observe the clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine of spleen deficiency syndrome(anorexia, abdominal distension after eating, lassitude, diarrhea, constipation, nausea and vomiting) and quality of life of the Karnofsky performance status(KPS score)before and after treatment. All data were processed to adopt SPSS13.0statistical software for statistical analysis. Enumeration data were analyzed by chi-square test analysis, measurement data using t test.Results:1. After treatmeant, a significant difference was found about improve the clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine of spleen deficiency syndrome(anorexia, abdominal distension after eating, lassitude, diarrhea, constipation, nausea and vomiting)(P<0.05). It indicates that Four Gentlemen Decoction can obviously improve the clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine of spleen deficiency syndrome, which of postoperative patients with breast cancer and spleen deficiency syndrome.2. Before and after treatment the comparison of the quality of life score(KPS score)is P<0.05. The curative effect of the quality of life score(KPS score)increased in11cases,stable in14cases, decline in3cases(the total effective rate was89.29%). It suggests that Four Gentlemen Decoction can distinctly enhance the quality of breast cancer postoperative patients’lives. Conclusion:1. Modified Four Gentlemen Decoction cooperated with chemotherapy can improve the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine of spleen deficiency syndrome that postoperative patients with breast cancer received.2. Modified Four Gentlemen Decoction can effectively improve the quality of life of postoperative patients with breast cancer of spleen deficiency syndrome.
