Four Gentlemen Tonga Subtraction Of Spleen-deficiency Type Of Postoperative Gastric Cancer Patients Quality Of Life Improved Clinical Studies

Purpose: Observatiaon of the Four Gentlemen Decoction aboutimprrovement of the quality of life for the gastric cancer patients withspleen deficiency syndrome.Material and Method:1year,52gastric cancer patients receivingpostoperative chemotherapy were randomly divided into two groups,treatment group,26cases with FOLFOX4chemotherapy basis with theFour Gentlemen Decoction treatment,26cases of the control group givenconventional FOLFOX4chemotherapy. Were treated with six cycles orthree months. Were observed and recorded the two groups of patientswith Chinese medicine-related clinical symptoms (abdominal pain,bloating, anorexia, diarrhea, nausea and vomiting, fatigue), weight, andquality of life of the Karnofsky performance status (KPS score).Measurement data using the chi-square test, count data were analyzedby t-test, all data processing to adopt spss17.0software for statisticalanalysis. Results：The treatment group had a marked effect to improve abdominal pain,bloating, anorexia, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, fatigue and othertraditional Chinese medicine-related clinical symptoms were significantlyimproved compared with the control group (P <0.05).2, the weight of the treatment group13cases, stable7cases,6caseswith the control group3,10,13cases compared to the significantdifference.Effective in the treatment group the quality of life score (KPS score) of15cases, stable in6cases, and in five cases with the control group,7,12,compared with a significant difference (P <0.05).Conclusion：1, Sijunzitang subtraction combined with chemotherapy in gastric cancerpatients after TCM-related symptoms (abdominal pain, bloating, anorexia,diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, fatigue), quality of life and a stable weight tohave effect, and significantly better than that of chemotherapypostoperative gastric cancer patients. 2, Four Gentlemen Decoction can Spleen, spleen and stomach,postoperative gastric cancer patients quality of life improved significantly.Have important clinical value in clinical practice, and achieved goodresults.
