Clinical Observation Of Integrated Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment Of Liver And Stomach Swelter Type Of Reflux Esophagitis

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of treating reflux esophagitis(RE) with traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive treatment, and discuss its mechanism, provide clinical reference for RE treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:Selected60cases of patients with RE, from out-patient of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guiyang College of Traditional Chinese Medicine in September2011-December2012. According to the random and double blind method, these cases were all diagnosed RE by gastroscopy and the clinical symptoms,which were divided into two groups:the treatment group and the control group. After statistical analysis, two groups have no significant difference in gender, age, symptoms integral before treatment, endoscopic grading before treatment, which is comparable. The treatment group was given Banxia Houpu decoction combined Sini powder andZuojin pills, at the same time, given acupuncture and point injection. The control group was given oral omeprazole and mosapride, observe the course of8weeks. To record before and after treatment clinical symptom integrals and endoscopic scores for Curative effect evaluation. Excel, the SPSS17.0, T-test, Chi-square test and rank-sum test are used to process the data.Result:Through comparing before and after treatment symptoms integral, The total effective rate of treatment group is93.3%, The cure rate is33.3%;the total effective rate of control group is90.0%,The cure rate is26.7%, there is no statistical difference between two groups (P>0.05).Compare two groups of4kinds of symptoms, there is also no statistical difference (P>0.05)。Through the comparison of endoscopic integral before and after the treatment, The total effective rate of treatment group is96.7%,the total effective rate of control group is83.3%, two groups of endoscopic curative effect of score difference is statistically significant (P<0.05)。Conclusions:The Curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive treatment in treatment of reflux esophagitis is the same as the western medicine group, especially in the effect of improving symptoms.
