| Objective:To investigate the clinical effect and security of Qingzhi Huoxue decoction in treating the phlegm and blood stasis type of Blood lipid related cardiovascular residual risk(BLCR), and seek a better and more secure practical approach to controlling BLCR in traditional Chinese medicine treatment.Method:According to the randomized and controlled study method, a total of58patients who met these criteria were divided into two groups (29for treatment group and29for control group). Under the basic treatment, the treatment group were given a dose of Qingzhi Huoxue decoction in100ml three times a day for6weeks; and the control group were given the treatment of oral fenofibrate (Lipanthyl) in200mg qn for6weeks too.Observation was made to record the changes of the symptoms, High density lipoprotein-cholesterol(HDL-C), triglyceride (TG),C-reactive protein (CRP), whole blood viscosity and maximum film thickness in the carotid artery before and after treatment to evaluate the effectiveness.Result:Among the58cases.58patients finished the study with no one lost,29cases of the treatment group and29patients of the control group also. Efficacy comparison:the treatment group and the control group has statistical significance in intervention of BLCR about high triglycerides and low high-density lipoprotein, both of them could reduce TG and increased HDL-C(P<0.05). But the differences between two groups has no statistical significance(P>0.05); After the treatment, the patients’ symptoms are significantly improved (P<0.05).But the treatment group is superior to the control one (P<0.05).Security comparison:the treatment group are much safer than the control one. Conclusion:Qingzhi Huoxue decoction and Fenofibrate are effective in intervention BLCR, and they have equivalent efficacy. But Qing zhi Huoxue decoction have less adverse reactions and much safer. The decoction is a relatively safe and effective treatment for the intervention of lipid-related cardiovascular risk remaining. |
