Objective:by observing the clinical effect of erchenping lipid-associated cardiovascular residual risk(turbid suppression type)treated with erchenping lipid-associated cardiovascular residual risk(turbid suppression type),this study provides certain clinical ideas for the integrated Chinese and western medicine to prevent and treat dyslipidemia and improve the prognosis of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. Methods: In this study,72 patients meeting the inclusion criteria were selected from the outpatient department of cardiovascular medicine, the first affiliated hospital of heilongjiang university of traditional Chinese medicine, and 72 patients were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method, with 36 patients in each group. The control group took rosuvastatin calcium tablets(toitor),while the observation group took rosuvastatin calcium tablets(toitor)and erchenping fat decoction of traditional Chinese medicine.Changes in TCM syndrome scores,TG and HDL-C of 72 patients participating in the experiment were observed 1 month later.Results:1.Comparison of TCM syndrome efficacy before and after treatment:the total effective rate of the observation group was 91.2%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 62.9%,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(p<0.05).2.Comparison of the improvement of HDL-C before and after treatment:there was a statistically significant difference in HDL-C between the two groups after treatment(p<0.05),and there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(p<0.05).3.Comparison of TG improvement before and after treatment: there was a statistically significant difference in TG between the two groups after treatment(p<0.05),and there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(p<0.05).4.Safety comparison: during the experimental period,no adverse reactions occurred in the two groups of patients.Conclusion:1.Erchenping fat decoction can effectively improve the TCM syndromes and TG and hdl-c levels of patients with lipid-related cardiovascular residual risk(turbid-suppression type).2.Chen ping fat soup can be used as a safe and effective prescription to reduce the cardiovascular residual risk associated with blood lipids.
