Objective:Objective to evaluate the curative effect of Shenqi Fumai Decoction combined with western medicine treatment of acute myocardial infarction,the effectiveness and safety of patients with carotid atherosclerosis.Methods:Included in the standard of44patients with acute myocardial infarction that qi deficiency blood stasis syndrome were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group (Treatment with TCM and western medicine),The control group(Treatment with western medicine).Observe the changes in clinical effects、 traditional Chinese medicine syndromes curative effect、lipid levels、BNP levels、 intima-media thickness of Carotid、carotid atherosclerotic plaques score,etc. that two groups of patients before and after treatment.observe the drug adverse reaction at the same time.Results:1month after treatment,Clinical effects、traditional Chinese medicine syndromes curative effect、BNP levels of treatment group than the control group have obviously improved, Difference in the two groups have statistical significance(P<0.05.6months after treatment, lipid levels、intima-media thickness of carotid of treatment group than the control group have obviously improved, difference in the two groups have statistical significance(P<0.05)Conclusion:ShenqiFumai Decoction combined with western medicine has definite clinical effect in acute myocardial infarction.intima-media thickness of Carotid、lipid and BNP levels of treatment group than the control group have obviously improved.Shows that ShenqiFumai Decoction can effectively suppress and delay carotid atherosclerosis in patients with acute myocardial infarction,and obviously improve the cardiac function.,were worth further clinical research.
