Clinical Study Of Shenjie Granules On Cardiac Function In Patients With Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis After PCI Of Acute Myocardial Infarction

Objective:To observe the effect of Shenji Granules on cardiac function and TCM syndrome scores of patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis after PCI after acute cardiomyocardial infarction.Methods:From January 2019 to January 2020,58 patients with acute myocardial infarction who received PCI treatment were selected according to the diagnostic criteria,inclusion criteria,and exclusion criteria among patients treated in the Department of Cardiology of Changzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital.They were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group.There were 29 cases in each group.The control group received anti-platelet aggregation,anti-coagulation,stable plaque,(3-blocker,and ACEI/ARB standardized treatment The treatment group took Shenjie granules on the basis of the control group,one dose a day,and took it warmly in the morning and evening.The course of treatment is 2 months.Compare the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD),New York heart function grade,hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),amino-terminal B-type natriuretic peptide precursor(NT-proBNP),creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB),troponin I(cTnI),TCM syndrome scores and therapeutic effects,adverse cardiovascular events,and evaluate their role in the protection of cardiac function and TCM efficacy.Results:After 2 months of treatment,the LVEF of the two groups was significantly improved compared with before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);compared with the control group,the LVEF of the treatment group was significantly increased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After 2 months of treatment,the LVEDD of the two groups was significantly lower than that before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),and the LVEDD of the control group was lower than before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 2 months of treatment,there was no statistical difference between the two groups of New York heart function classification(P>0.05),but the New York heart function classification of the two groups was significantly improved compared with before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(in the treatment group group)Contrast P<0.01,control group comparison P<0.05),indicating that standardized treatment by Western medicine can significantly improve the patient’s cardiac function grading.The results showed that after treatment,the hs-CRP level of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the NT-proBNP level of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),The CK-MB and cTnI levels of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group 48h after operation,and the comparison between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);after treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were significantly lower than that of the control group The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).The two groups compared the total effective rate of treatment.The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly greater than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).During the study period,no adverse events occurred in both groups.Conclusion:Shenjie Granules can improve cardiac function in patients with acute myocardial infarction after PCI;Shenjie Granules can improve clinical symptoms in patients with acute myocardial infarction after PCI.
