Purpose:To observed endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography line(Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangio-Pancreatography, ERCP) downstream duodenumthe sphincterotomy (endoscopicsphinctcrotomy EST) after the Explorer stonesrecurrence explore the common bile duct stone recurrence of post-ERCPvariousobservation of the relevant factors and Chinese medicine to prevent stonerecurrence.Material and method:To select1133cases of common bile duct stones inpatients Jan2003to Jan2011with ERCP surgery stone and EST operating inparallel, and3to5years follow-up in the postoperative its statisticalrecurrence first single chi-square test methodfactor analysis, to explore therisk factors associated with recurrence of common bile duct stones, then therewill be statistically significant variables into non-conditional logisticregression model for multivariate analysis.Chinese medicine to prevent stonerecurrence using chi-square test was used for analysis.Results:114cases in the1133cases were recured, the recurrence rate was10.1%, univariate analysis showed that: the common bile duct multiple stones(P=0.026), gallbladder stones (P=0.031), cholecystectomy (P=0.000), bileduct stones (P=0.000), cholecystitis (P=0.005), duodenal diverticulum (P=0.005), P<0.05, a significant difference, indicating that these factors arerisk factors for recurrence of common bile duct stones. Gender (P=0.445), theage (P=0.206), common bile duct stone size (P=0.054), duodenal benignstricture (P=0.061), P>0.05, no significant difference, indicating that thesefactors are not choledocholithiasis risk factors for recurrence.Multivariateanalysis showed: cholecystectomy (P=0.000), bile duct stones (P=0.001),duodenal diverticulum (P=0.018), P<0.05, a significant difference, indicatingthat these factors in the common bile duct stone recurrence is particularly prominent role in the process. Chinese medicine for the prevention of stonerecurrence than the control group (P=0.046<0.05), there are significantdifferences, indicating that Chinese medicine in the prevention of recurrenceof stones have a role. Conclusion:Multiple stones in the common bile duct, gallbladder stones, cholecystectomy, bile duct stones, cholecystitis, duodenal diverticula arecholedocholithiasis ERCP risk factors for recurrence, including cholecystectomy, bile duct stones, duodenum in diverticula recurrence more prominent role in theprocess. Medicine to prevent stone recurrence have a certain effect.
