Objective:To analysis the risk factors for recurrence of common bile duct stones after ERCP and give effective measures, combined with the results of the study and consult literature. Methods:Gather the complete information of 210 patients who underwent by ERCP in the first hospital of Shan Xi medical university from September 2010 to May 2015. In According to certain selected cases and exclusion standards, and for standard cases, firstly we use the single factor analysis to analyze the recurrence of common bile duct stones relationship of age, gender, hypercholesterolemia, cholecystectomy, periampullary diverticulum, biliary surgery, lithotripsy, diameter of common bile duct stones, number of stones, nasobiliary tube and bile duct stent. The factors that were statistically significant in single factor analysis. And then we put into multi-factor unconditioned Logistic regression analysis in order to select risk factors for recurrence common bile duct stones. Results:Among 210 collected cases,16 patients did not confort to selected standards and194 patients met standards. In 194 cases, there were 18 cases calculi recurrence, the recurrence rate was 9.27%. Single factor analysis showed that 6 of the selected 12 factors had a statistically significant. They were age?periampullary diverticula?biliary surgery?lithotripsy ?cholecystectomy and diameter of common bile duct stones. These factorswould be put into multi-factor unconditioned Logistic regression analysis, and finally selected four variables, respectively periampullary diverticula(OR: 4.700, 95% CI:1.282-17.231), biliary surgery(OR: 5.051, 95% CI: 1.467-17.399), lithotripsy(OR:4.701, 95% CI: 1.178-18.755), diameter of common bile duct stones(OR: 5.703, 95% CI:1.652-19.690) as risk factors for recurrence of common bile duct stones after ERCP.Conclusion:Periampullary diverticula, biliary surgery, lithotripsy, diameter of common bile duct were risk factors for postoperative ERCP calculi recurrence, for patients who have these risk factors, we should strengthen postoperative follow-up in order to reduce the recurrence of stones.
