Objective:To observe the clinical effect of nano-alumina ice milk on promoting the healing of wound after the operation on low simplex anal fisrula.Methods:This study is based on years of clinical experience instructors, combined with modern nanotechnology, prepared alum ice nanoemulsion. The60patients met the inclusion criteria were randomly assigned alum ice nanoemulsion group (treatment group) and rehabilitation new solution group (control group) and30patients in each group.Nano observation group with ice milk gauze wound alum,topical sterile gauze until the wound is completely healed.The control group plus sterile gauze packing with gauze Kangfuxin until the wound is completely healed.Were observed in patients with postoperative pain,postoperative wound edema and wound exudate,before the first postoperative day not dressing (before treatment) and2、4、6day postoperative score was parallel analysis. When recording the two groups of patients surgery wound area, the first14、21days after surgery the wound area,comparing the two groups of patients with wound healing time,wound healing rate and third overall efficacy of two drugs28days.Results:①Wounds healed completely ice time comparison alum nanoemulsion group completely wound healing time27.26±6.96days,the rehabilitation group wound healed completely new solution time was31.26±5.34days,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).②Two wounds symptoms and signs were compared before treatment wound edema,pain and effusion cases,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);comparing the two groups,with the first six days before treatment after treatment statistical difference significance (P<0.05);comparing the two groups,the two groups after treatment wound wound edema,pain and effusion cases the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).③Wound healing rate between the groups were compared,the first14days and the first21days after treatment was statistically significant difference(P<0.05) after treatment;comparison between the two groups,the first14and21days after treatment were statistically significance(P<0.05).The overall effect of the first28days after comparison.④Medication:alum ice nanoemulsion93.3%,the rehabilitation group was80.0%in the new solution,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).⑤Course of medication groups found no significant adverse reactions.Conclusion:Alum ice nanoemulsion can significantly relieve postopera-tive pain,so common postoperative complications such as wound exudate-edema and significantly reduce;alum ice nanoemulsion improves the rate of complete healing,shorten hospital stay.Anal fistula surgery for woun-ds to promote healing good,its efficacy is superior Kangfuxin solution.
