Objective:To observe the curative effects of combination system of tangcao tablets of acyclovir for herpes zoster.Methods:In2013May-2013August in Hunan University of Chinese Medicine herpes zoster in45cases. And randomly divided into The Antiviral group, The Tangcao tablets group and The Combination group. Each group was given basic treatment of vitamin B130mg each time,3times a day, orally for14days.External application of qing dai san,1times a day,orally for14days. In addition to basic treatment,The Antiviral group also give acyclovir0.4g each time,4times a day, orally for14days. In addition to basic treatment,the tangcao tablets group also give tangcao tablets2.4g each time,3times a day, orally for14days. In addition to basic treatment,combination group also give acyclovir0.4g each time,4times a day, orally for14days,tangcao tablets2.4g each time,3times a day, orally for14days.OUTCOME MEASURES:Erythema, blister, pain, itching, lesions, upset, hypochondric discomfort and apt to retch,, feces and urine.Application of SPSS17.0statistical software the results of data processing, reach relevant conclusion.Results:The three groups of patients before treatment integral respectively compared with their finished the first course of treatment and their finished the second course of treatment integral were haven statistical significance (P=0.000, P<0.01); There were statistically significant when finished the first course of treatment,while The Antiviral group and The Tangcao tablets group respectively compared with The Antiviral group (P=0.000.P<0.01); The curative effect of The Combination group compared with The curative effect of The Antiviral group(P=0.003, P<0.01), The curative effect of The Combination group compared with Tangcao tablets group (P=0.001, P<0.01) were haven statistically significant; The each group before treatment integral of pain compared with integral of finished two course of treatment integral were have statistically significant (P=0.000, P<0.01);The integral of The Antiviral group finish fist course of medication compared with before treatment integral have not significant (P>0.05), The integral of The Tangcao tablets group finish fist course of medication compared with before treatment integral haven significant (P=0.036, P<0.05), The integral of The Combination group finish fist course of medication compared with before treatment integral haven statistically significant (P=0.000, P<0.01); The Antiviral group and Tangcao tablets group finished the second course of treatment integral compared with each another,the conclusion were haven’t significance (P=1.000, P>0.05), while The Antiviral group finished the second course of treatment integral compared with The Combination group finished the second course of treatment integral(P=0.005, P<0.01),The Tangcao tablets group finished the second course of treatment integral compared with The Combination group finished the second course of treatment integral were have statistically significant (P=0.001.P<0.01).Conclusion:there were have statistically significant, while The Combination group improved the symptoms, signs and pain for herpes zoster patients. And the onset time is earlier than other two groups.
