Clinical Observation Of Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia Treated Through Infirmity Soft Knot

Benign prostatic hyperplasia is a cause for medium-elder men urination dysfunction in one of the most common diseases, With the coming of an aging society in our country, benign prostatic hyperplasia has become a problem in the aging male patients. The methods in the treatment of western medicine is limited, but the treatments of traditional Chinese medicine not only, more and more from the individualized treatment. My tutor professor Zhang Yaosheng, with great concentration on Andrology of Traditional Chinese Medicine for many years, has accumulated in benign prostatic hyperplasia clinical experiences for many years. Patients with clinically has won the general approval, from the perspective of the meridian attribution of prostate, since the proposed party "Tong Long Soft" in the treatment of BPH.Objetive:By observing the contrast before and after the treatment in patients with BPH taking "Tong Long soft" and WengLi tong capsule IPSS score, Qmax, prostate volume and the size of the Transition zone and TCM syndrome score. Investigate whether the "Tong Long soft" can improve the clinical symptoms of the patients with BPH and would be able to shrink the prostate gland and the volume of Transitional zone.Methods:Will be included in the standard of60patients with BPH were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, treatment group taking Tong Long soft, the control group taking WengLi capsule,90days for a period of treatment.(1)At the start of before and after the treatment of patients with prostate volume and Transition zone B ultrasonic examination.(2)Before and after treatment of patients to IPSS score.(3)Separate the patients before treatment and after treatment of TCM syndrome score.(4)Before and after treatment respectively about the detection of patients with Qmax.(5)Using SPSS17.0software processing data,measurement data with mean±standard deviation(x±s).Non-normal use Wilcoxon rank and inspection, accord with normal distribution using the t test.Results:(1)Taking WengLi tong capsules and Tong Long soft soup before and after the treatment (one course),the treatment group total effective rate was92.86%, control group total effective rate was82.76%, and the comparison between the treatment group is better than that of control group (P<0.05).(2)Taking WengLi tong capsules before and after the treatment (one course), IPSS score changes significantly (P<0.05);Taking Tong Long soft before and after the treatment (one course), IPSS reduced significantly (P<0.05);Both to compare the treatment group is better than that of control group(P<0.05).(3)Taking WengLi tong capsules before and after the treatment (one course), the comparative effectiveness of syndromes(P<0.05), there is statistical significance; Taking Tong Long soft before and after the treatment (one course) comparative effectiveness of syndromes (P<0.01), there is a obviously statistical significance.Both to compare the treatment group is better than that of control group (P<0.05).(4)Taking WengLi tong capsule, Tong Long soft before and after the treatment (one course) in patients with changes in the maximum urinary flow rate changes. After treatment than before the treatment (treatment group (P<0.01), and the control group (P<0.05), the comparison of treatment group is better than that of control group (P<0.05).(5)Take WengLi tong capsule treatment before and after the treatment (one course), prostate volume contrast (P<0.05), indicating that WengLi tong capsule can shrink the prostate volume; By taking Tong Long soft before and after the treatment (prostate volume with a course of90days) P<0.05, which indicates that Tong Long soft can shrink the prostate volume, and can’t prove the contrast effect of the treatment group the narrowing of the prostate is better than the control group (P>0.05);WengLi tong allantoic in transition zone of the prostate (P>0.05), no proof that it can shrink the prostate transition zone volume;Tong Long soft in the transition zone of the prostate (P<0.05), can prove that it can reduce the prostate transition zone volume.Conclusion:(1)Taking WengLi capsules, can improve the clinical symptoms of the patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia, to reduce the IPSS score、improve the maximum urinary flow rate index, but the transition zone of the prostate and volume reduction effect is not satisfied.(2)Tong Long soft can obviously improve the clinical symptoms of patients with BPH, to reduce the IPSS score, improve the maximum urinary flow rate, improve the patients of transition zone of prostate volume reduction relatively better than the control group.(3)Tong Long soft clinical effect on treatment of BPH and indicators than WengLi capsule.(4)The study not only to further expand the traditional Chinese medicine treatment methods and ideas of the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia, but also verify professor Zhang Yaosheng’s new theory of "prostate meridians belong to".
