Clincal Study On The Treatment Of Fatty Liver Disease (Stagnation Of Qi And Blood) With "Jiang Zhi Tong Luo" Soft Capsule

Objective: To research the clinical curative effect of the treatment of fatty liver disease (stagnation of qi and blood) with JIANG ZHI TONG LUO soft capsule.Method: We selected 144 cases of FLD patients which were divided into treating group and comparing group at random. Each group had 24 cases. The two group were combined with the JIANG ZHI TONG LUO soft capsule and DONG BAO GAN TAI pills. The period of treatment of each group was 8 weeks. We observed and compared the situation of patients in the clinical syndrome, the degree of seriousness with B ultrasound checking, the change of blood lipid, liver function, the size of liver and weight.Result: (1) the overall clinical effective rate of soft capsule in Traditional Chinese Medicine was 95.45%, the pills was 70.83%, there were meaning of statistics in differences between the two groups (P<0.05); (2) The total effective rate of the degree of seriousness with B ultrasound checking in treating group and comparing group were 59.09% and 50.00%, there were no meaning of statistics in differences between the two groups (P>0.05); (3) The TC,TG,and LDL-C content of the blood lipid were lower, the HDL-C was heighten after treating in the treating group, there were remarkable differences compared with before(P<0.05), and there were remarkable differences in the change of the TC,TG and HDL-C compared with comparing group(P<0.05); (4) Both of the two group could depress conspicuously the blood ALT and ?-GT level compared with before(P<0.05), but there were no remarkable differences between the treating group and comparing group(P> 0.05); (5) The treating group could minish significantly the thickness of the left liver and the longest diagonal length of right liver compared with before(P<0.05), espesiously in the longest diagonal length of right liver compared with the comparing group(P <0.05); (6) Both of the two group could lose the patients' weight ,but there were no differences of statistics within the groups and between the groups(P>0.05).Conclusion: The study showed that the soft capsule has better effect in treating the fatty liver disease. It can improve with clinical syndromes, relieve the degree of seriousness with B ultrasound checking, adjust the liver fatty metabolism, reduce the content of fatty in the liver, improve the blood lipid ingredient content, and protest the liver function. So it goes to show that "JIANG ZHI TONG LUO "soft capsule is an ideal medicine for treating the FLD.
