Objective:To investigate Xiao Shuan Tong Luo Capsule(0.54 g per inch) on the stroke of the meridians(cerebral infarction) Qi neurological function in patients with blood stasis defect and restore the quality of life,Syndrome effect,the validity of their role preliminary evaluation.Methods:The clinical trials were included in the 60 cases of stroke Meridian patients Qi blood stasis by double blind,randomized,parallel control of the positive drug clinical research methods.60 patients were randomly divided into Consumers suppository capsule(0.54 g per inch) in the treatment group of 30 patients,elimination suppository capsule(0.37 g per inch) control group of 30 patients.Test group:Xiao Shuan Tong Luo Capsule(0.54 g per inch) 2/,3 times / day,Xiao Shuan Tong Luo Capsule(0.37 g per inch) simulation of 4/,3 times / day.Control group:Xiao Shuan Tong Luo Capsule(0.37 g per inch) 6/,3 times / day.For the two groups are in a course of 28 days.Results:After statistical analysis of Xiao Shuan Tong Luo Capsule(0.54 g per inch) the efficacy,safety and side effects,analysis of the two groups before and after treatment:the test group markedly effective rate was 23.33%,the total effectue rate was 93.33%control group markedly effective rate was 16.67%,the total effecture rate was 73.33%,and the total efficiency of the test group was better than the control group(P＜0.05).Syndrome of analysis:the test group markedly effective rate was 26.67%,the total effective rate was 93.33%for the control group markedly effective rate was 16.67%,the total efficiency was 83.33%,the group had no significant difference(P＞0.05 ).The treatment group compared with control group there were significant differences(P＜0.05),the effect of the treatment group than the control group.After observing two groups of patients before and after treatment had no significant adverse reactions, indicating the two drugs for treatment of cerebral infarction,security,without any side effects.Conclusion:The test group and the control group in the treatment of stroke patients in the meridians(atherosclerosis cerebral infarction) Qi blood stasis patients with neurological deficits, Syndrome,with a total capacity of life no significant difference test group than the control group no significant adverse reaction in the test group degree of neurological deficit,the efficacy of Chinese medicine syndromes,the ability of a relatively life was better than the control group; Xiao Shuan Tong Luo Capsule(0.45 g per inch) worthy of further research and application.
