Domestic Animation Industry Status Quo, Problems And Countermeasures

The development of technology create animations; the transmission of culture need animations; the development of economy can’t get away from animations. Animation isn’t longer than a member of the art world. Its roles increase. It has become the industry, economy needs it. It expands the influence, people’s hearts needs it. Now, from art to technology, from virtual to reality, from two-dimensional to three-dimensional, from feeling to wealth, Animation, which is recognized all over the world, has developed into industry. It can drive the development and prosperity of related industry, joint cultural industry as a whole, and make the rise of national economy.From the analysis on the characteristics of the animation, this article briefly describes the characteristics of the animation industry, refines and sums up the present situation, problems and history of domestic animation. Entering the "12th five-year plan", we have ushered in the spring of the cultural industry development. Animation industry as the core is on the agenda. Animation industry is developing rapidly: intensifying efforts to policy support, which can provide policy security for animation industry development; surging in animation production and an increase in the number animation talents, which is in order to provide ideas and personnel for the development of animation industry; both of animation park and relevant institutions increasing, which can provide organizational support for animation industry development; animation magazine and animation exhibition increasing, which can provide communication platform and the propagation path for the development of animation industry. Animation industry which is an emerging industry in our country, only on the premise of according to our national conditions, combining with foreign development experience, explores and develops.So, in the process of development, there have been some:"strange phenomenon"------stiffness of the system, and the old concept; unrealistic "text" and old ideas; market occupation and the audience robbed; industrial chain has a serious fault and the risk of investment and financing environment is big; supporting policy is not scientific, and the laws and regulations is not sound; animation education dislocated and animation inheritance encounters bottlenecks.In order to solve the present situation and problems, making the healthy development of animation industry in China, from the system level, industry level, law and policy level, respectively, I put forward some countermeasures:being strict with audit system, establishment of "third party" expert advisory group; using the experience of South Korea, to change the audience for "negative stereotypes" of domestic animation; To better solve the shortcomings of the animation industry development, the main thing is that not only starting from the animation industry chain, but also from related to animation industry, to create the transversed interaction of industrial chain------the interaction of ACGMN.
