As a characteristic sentence type, Existential sentence has been the hot subject in linguistics field. And many linguistics masters have studied Existential Sentence in diversified methods and got lots of achievements. From1920s, masters always studied Existential sentence from syntax; with the bringing forward of the three-dimensional grammar from1980s, more and more masters studied Existential sentence in semantic structure and pragmatic characteristics, and received many achievements. Under the guidance of three-dimension grammar, basing on concrete language materials, this paper makes contrast between Existential sentence in Madarin Chinese and in English and finds the differences and similarities between Madarin Chinese and English; sorts mistakes which got from practice teaching cases and puts forward some suggestions on Existential teaching based on language acquisition.The paper consists of five chapters.The first chapter introduces the criterion of differentiating Existential sentence, there are seven sentence styles totally as follows:"you (有)" construction,"shi (是)" construction,"Verb+zhe (着)" construction,"Verb+le (了)" construction,"Verb +you (有)" construction, national verb only construction and without verb construction. This chapter gets the differences and similarities between Existential in Madarin Chinese and in English. The second chapter consists of the basic teaching method of Existential sentences, and design and realize the detail teaching contents. The third chapter analyzed the reasons and makes a category for Existential sentence. The four chapter put out the useful recommendations for teaching. The last chapter one is the conclusion one, put forward the advantages and disadvantages for the future plan.
