Jameson's Cultural Hermeneutics Theory

Frederick Jameson knowledgeable, profound thinking, is a well-known Marxist scholar, a famous man in the field of Western Marxist cultural criticism. In my chapter, Jameson’ ideology is the core, it reveals the origin of the theory and the main content, and pointed out the significance of Jameson’ theory is to provide a new visual for us to further study the cultural hermeneutics and the social cultural construction in modern times.Jameson’s theory of cultural hermeneutics based on the basic position of Marxism, absorbed the resources of the Western hermeneutics and it is a continuous and construction process. In his theory, some concepts be given the re-interpretation, such as the mode of production, ideology, history. He elaborates it under the premise of the leading symbol of the mode of production and according to the path of historical. At the same time, Jameson explained the strategy in the three concentric circles as a framework, the gradual deepening of culture and ideology in the hierarchy, relation to reality, and thus revealed the "hidden text" deep in the depths of the cultural texts.
