Economic Game Yanshan Baisha Village Yi Traditional Hand-embroidered Development

Baishapo Yi Nationality Country, Yanshan County of Wenshan City, locates in the terrace area and must substitute the weakening traditional agriculture with its unique industry to fight against the climate drought, vegetation deterioration, and stone desertification, which can promote villagers’ economic compensation and fulfill the sustainable development. Its handwork embroidery, initiated by a local corporation, employed female citizens as its workers, both benefiting for the embroidery brand and for the additional income to the local people, and then the new industry gradually replaced the conventional agriculture and transferred the local economic system. Undergoing the change of productive system, the village’s handwork embroidery went to dilemma:the hard business of the corporation led to the confined cooperative termination between the corporation and the local women, then the guild pausing, which represents that Baishapo handwork embroidery went to the corner after a period of splendid development.By the means of the field trip of Baishapo Village, this research focused on the m otive and results of the economic actions administrated by local enterprises, peasants, institution, and government, analyzing the reason why the traditional hand-made embr oidery failed to develop. In order to cope with the very problem, this study establishes game model based on the multi-win purpose, via which every aspect’s benefits and dangers will be balanced and the cost will be maintained to the lowest level.As a typical instance that a less-developed region (filled with population of minority nationality) promotes itself with ethnic artifacts to its peak and instantaneously declines, Baishapo, the study’s investigated object, must find its own way to recover. The study analyzes the respective economic subjects’actions and its corresponding dangers to the whole village, finds the specific strategy for this village to recover for their incomes’ boosting and then gives the access for it to fulfill the sustainable development. The achievement of this study can be generally utilized to the homogeneous verbal reality but this study lacks uniqueness.
