Process Study And Creative Development Of Tengchong Traditional Embroidery

Tengchong traditional embroidery is one of most popular tourism products all the time. In recent years, with the rapid development in Tengchong’s tourism, the lack of creativity and innovation has increasingly become the bottleneck of traditional embroidery. Fortunately Tengchong Yuanjiao company brings hope to the inheritance and development of Tengchong Traditional Embroidery by one particular development Pattern. By taking advantage of production base of Yuanjiao company, this paper have made three creative designs, including materials、the range of colour, and dermatoglyphic pattern. The creative catch hold of modern fashion trends and aesthetic standards of young people. Meanwhile this study also produce tourism products according to the creatives. In a word, this creation practice is looking forward to provide referential experience for the inheritance and development of Tengchong Traditional Embroidery.This dissertation have undertook a comprehensive study for technical skill of Tengchong Traditional Embroidery and creativity of travelling products by four major chapters altogether. In the first chapter, a general survey was introduced about Tengchong traditional embroidery. By investigation of Tengchong Yuanjiao company, it turns out that while Tengchong traditional embroidery is able to be carried forward and development, also facing some problems such as single business, lacking in process improvement, lower creativity. In the second chapter, the necessity of transformation of Tengchong traditional embroidery was analyzed based on the current situation of it. In the third chapter, accordance with the existing problems of Tengchong traditional embroidery, creation practice involved in materials、the range of colour, and dermatoglyphic pattern was made. In last chapter, practical achievement of this study and the whole paper was summarized.
