Liangzhu Culture is famous for its abundant, various and exquisite jade articles. Because of rare producing area, jade is very precious and valuable. Plus, it also represents spiritual connotation in aesthetic and religious aspects, thus jade becomes an "advanced product" different from ordinary products. Liangzhu Jade is of complex craft production, and its distribution within the society and rigorous application make it contain richer social information than normal utensils, especially key materials for researching the upper class of Liangzhu Culture. The appearance of ritual jade groups characterized by Cong (cylinder), Yue (axe) and Bi (disc), represents the birth of ritual system. Meanwhile, Jade Cong, Jade Bi and Jade Yue became the marker for distinguishing the royal and noble ranks. Relics in Liangzhu Sites Group are of wide varieties with intensive distribution. And the quantity, variety and grade of jades unearthed in the noble tombs of Fanshan, Yaoshan and Huiguanshan sites, etc., are all the best in Liangzhu Culture, which provides plentiful materials for researching the jade, and becomes the optimal object for researching the jade using system and social organization structure of Liangzhu Culture.The paper decides to use the research method of "prehistoric settlement grouping pattern" theory. The author discovers that there is three union of settlement groups in Liangzhu Sites Group. They are Mojiaoshan union of settlement group, Yaojiadun union of settlement group, Miaoqian union of settlement group. They are composed of a plurality of settlement group together. The three union of settlement groups constitute a large-scale settlements bloc, and Mojiaoshan union of settlement group is the core of the whole group. Research of Cong, Bi, Yue using system will be divided into early, middle and late period in the organization of its ownership within the settlement were discussed.
