“Peripateticism” is the core idea of theme of Chuang-Tzu, embodying the originand highest level of Chuang-Tzu thought. Inner chapters are the collection anddeduction of the main idea of Chuang-Tzu as well as the concentrated reflection ofChuang-Tzu thought. By interpreting inner chapters, I aim at analyzing theorientation of the important concepts in such chapters to finally find the path to“peripateticism” and find the humanistic care of Chuang-Tzu..This paper includes nine parts: Chapter I Introduction. It first elaborates thebackground of topic selection as well as describes Chuang-Tzu, its books andconcepts related to “peripateticism” in inner chapters. Then it describes the threeresearch significances: trace to its source, regression analysis and extension andliberation of life and summarizes the literature, research method and text structure.The interpretation starts from the text. Chapter II interpretation and analysis of innerchapters. Section I Enjoyment in Untroubled Ease. It elaborates:1.“differencebetween small and large” and the “large” concept of Chuang-Tzu;2. realm of “noego”,“no merit” and “no reputation”, that is, the realm of peripateticism;3. merit andreputation rejection, that is, reject the interference of external things;4.“no use”,which reminds people of looking at things from a diversified perspective andpreserves the basic life;5. connotation of peripateticism. Section II The Adjustmentof Controversies.1. It takes “I lose myself” as the basic conditions of equality;2. Itexplores the various expressions of people, damage to life and “genuine dominator”;3. It advocates observing things with “wisdom” to seek the truth;4. After seeking thetruth, some truths are known to stop arguing with arguing;5. By extending the abovemeaning, it elaborates “equality” again;6. It describes the extreme equality-nobounds and material. Section III Nourishing the Lord of Life. It elaborates thenourishing of life is to follow the rule and gives the specific method with skilled andmagical craftsmanship; then it describes the reason for nourishing and non-nourishing and advocates “following the law”. Section IV Man in the World, Associated withother Men. It advocates “clam mind” with Kong Yan’s confusion, describes thenecessity of following the situation with the distress of officials, and discusses theuseless value to keep the life. Section V The Seal of Virtue Complete. It describes thefollowing of natural way, criticism of false morality, realm of forgetting one’sappearance due to excellent personality and pure emotion in ruthless. Section VI TheGreat and Most Honored Master. It describes the aspects of immortal people,including1. no relation between human and heaven;2. Mutual forgiveness;3.Description of Dao;4. Situation of no interference and teaching of Dao;5.“integration of death and extinction” from “following the situation”;6. Removal ofmoral constraints;7. Reaching the extreme realm of “forgetting”;8. Following thefate. Section VII The Normal Course for Rulers and Kings. It describes thesatisfaction of people’s will under anarchistische; unity of Chuang-Tzu’s “order” and“order”, following the nature in the rule of wisdom king, confrontation betweenruling and anarchistische, moralization of anarchistische, no ego and innocence.Chapter III Conclusion. It combs the final orientation of theme and importantconcepts in each inner chapter, opens the path to ultimate liberation and freedom oflife and peripateticism. Besides, it also discovers the humanistic care of Chuang-Tzuand pointes out that Chuang-Tzu advocates the outlook on life of following thenature.
